Heat sink A heat sink is a term for a component or assembly that transfers heat generated within a solid material to a fluid medium, such as air or a liquid. Examples of heat sinks are the heat exchangers used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems and the radiator (also a heat exchanger) in a car. Heat sinks also help to cool electronic and optoelectronic devices, such as higher-power lasers and light emitting diodes (LEDs).
We use high quality pure raw materials, molding, high temperature sintering and infiltration, got an excellent performance of WCu electronic packaging materials and heat sink material. Applies to high-power device package of materials, such as substrate, under the electrode; high-performance lead frame; military and civilian thermal control devices such as thermal control panels and radiators. If you're familiar with traditional CPU heat sink designs, they usually feature a metal heat sink and a fan working in concert to siphon off the heat generated by CPU, graphics chips, and other computer parts that draw, and therefore emit, energy. The problem with that design is what's called the boundary layer of air that hugs the heat sink. Chinatungsten copper tungsten heat sink is the perfect material for making the CPU heat sink.
